As a Salesforce Data Analyst, you will ensure data integrity, system integrations, and AI readiness to support impactful customer solutions

Your Responsibilities
Configure and maintain data flows between Service Cloud and Data Cloud
Ensure data quality, deduplication, and structuring of customer data
Collaborate with developers and AI experts to prepare and integrate AI data
Manage system integrations between Salesforce and internal systems
Document processes and ensure traceability of data flows
Participate in designing AI data models to optimize POC results
Proficiency in Salesforce Data Cloud, REST/SOAP APIs, and ETL tools (MuleSoft, Talend, etc.)
Strong SQL skills and experience handling large volumes of data
Knowledge of data governance, CRM modeling, and security best practices
Familiarity with AI data integration and metadata management
Fluent in French OR Dutch + English
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and collaboration skills
